PORT ORANGE — The owners of the Center for Behavioral Medicine in New Smyrna Beach have purchased an office unit in the Dunlawton Centre complex at 1730 Dunlawton Ave. where the medical practice plans to open a second location.

The 1,950-square-foot office, which was previously a Sylvan Learning Center, closed March 21, said John Trost, the associate broker with Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL who represented both the buyers and seller, TD Bank.

The Center for Behavioral Medicine is a newly formed partnership with three behavioral health physicians, Drs. Anthony Capozzi, Salvador Leo Cevallos and Shane Porter.

The center specializes in treating a number of disorders including childhood and adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
