The Center for Behavioral Medicine will be opening as of April 2014.
While many Doctors are closing their doors in fear of the Affordable Care Act, the residents of the cities of Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach in Volusia County are excited about this group of physicians taking a bold step forward.
The Center for Behavioral Medicine is a newly formed partnership with three of Volusia Counties most highly sought after behavioral health practitioners. Anthony Capozzi MD, Salvador Leo Cevallos MD and Shane Porter, LMHC.
Dr. Capozzi, Dr. Cevallos and Mr. Porter all saw the need for a center for behavioral medicine where the patients would be treated with innovative care by local leading expert in the field of psychiatry and Counseling.
Salvador Leo Cevallos MD – Currently practicing in Port Orange, FL is a Psychiatrist who holds board certifications in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. He is also a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Anthony Capozzi MD – Currently practicing in New Smyrna Beach, FL is a board certified psychiatrist treating behavioral health in adults and adolescents. He has achieved Master Psychopharmacologist status with the Neuroscience Education Institute.
Shane Porter LMHC – the CEO of CCNSB or Counseling Center of New Smyrna Beach has a wonderful reputation as a therapist in our community and is one of the most sought after therapist and life coaches in Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach and Volusia County.
